"I'm a travel junkie who's hooked on deals from YUL." - Chris Myden

Crazy prices on Turkish Airlines from Montreal today

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Today Turkish Airlines are showing unadvertised price drops to a large number of destinations from Montreal. On some routes I'd say the prices are nearly half of what they typically cost.

The price drops seem to be concentrated on flights departing between October and early December. You can find them on Kayak, and click through from Kayak to the Turkish Airlines website to book.

In case you're wondering, Turkish Airlines is a very good airline. They are often one of the highest ranked airlines in the Star Alliance.

Here are the prices I've verified so far as being bookable, along with an example link to Kayak to get you started. Prices are roundtrip, including all taxes, as always.

Birkirkara, Malta (MLA) - $597 CAD

Tunis, Tunisia (TUN) - $637 CAD

Tehran, Iran - $640 CAD

Muscat, Oman (MCT) - $646 CAD

Dubai, United Arab Emirates - $658 CAD

Tel Aviv, Israel (TLV) - $662 CAD

Cairo, Egypt (CAI) - $669 CAD

Addis Ababa, Ethiopia (ADD) - $693

Kathmandu, Nepal (KTM) - $761 CAD

Deli, India (DEL) - $764

Some other destinations that have dropped into the $600s include:

Moscow, Russia (VKO)
Skopje, Macedonia (SKP)
Bucharest, Romania (OTP)
Belgrade, Serbia (BEG)
Zagreb, Croatia (ZAG)
Helsinki, Finland (HEL)
Stockholm, Sweden (ARN)
Prague, Czech Republic (PRG)
Copenhagen, Denmark (CPH)
Milan, Italy (MXP)
Brussels, Belgium (BRU)
Zurich, Switzerland (ZRH)
Marseille, France (MRS)
Nice, France (NCE)
Athens, Greece (ATH)
Rome, Italy (FCO)
Lisbon, Portugal (LIS)

Some interesting ones in the $700s

Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania (DAR)

Kilimanjaro, Tanzania (JRO)

Nairobi, Kenya (NBO)

Some interesting ones in the $800s as well...

Cape Town, South Africa (CPT)
Kigali, Rwanda (KGL)
Male, The Maldives (MLE)
Mumbai, India (BOM)
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia (ULN)

Basically, if it's one of the 218 cities around the world that Turkish Airlines has flights to, it could be worth checking out today, particularly if it's within the continents of Europe or Asia or Africa.

Being an unadvertised price drop, it's impossible to say how long these prices will remain this low.
